We've noticed that there are varying opinions as to what should go into a bill: everything from language to educational requirements to grandfather clauses. In some instances, these differences occur from a lack of understanding about scope of practice issues, along with requirements that are placed on the process by the state of Montana. We'll explore those issues here, on the "Bill Draft Corner" Page.

Plus, we need your feedback and input. We want to facilitate constructive debate that will move toward formulation of a bill that will benefit all of us. Send us your emails about the issues discussed on the website and we'll publish them.

We have a few rules, however. We won't publish anonymous emails/letters, and we won't publish mail containing personal attacks, libel, slander, or unsubstantiated facts. Just put "BDC" (Bill Draft Corner) in the subject line so that we know that you are allowing us to publish your response. Since we're new at this, we reserve the right to add more rules as the situation arises to ensure accuracy and fairness in the proceedings.
