Practitioner Tips:
Recruiting friends, clients and other practitioners.

The underline means there's a link there with more info -- click on it!

1.  Tell your clients, friends and other practitioners that you need their help to fix a glitch in Montana law that makes what you do illegal.  Yes, specifically point out that you are practicing illegally and could be sanctioned for practicing without a license.

2.  Hand out copies of the bill and the amendments to answer people's questions.

3.  Ask them to sign a petition or talk to their legislator about it.

4.  You talk to your legislator about it.

4.  If a practitioner asks how this bill could impact them, tell them about the Montana Law Conflicts.

5. MOST IMPORTANTLY:  if anyone asks you a question that you can't answer, don't bluff.  Say that you don't know but will find out and then contact our legislative liaison with your question.
