Montana Health Care Freedom Coalition Mission Statement:
The Mission of the Montana Health Freedom Coalition is to promote and preserve for the people of Montana their right to access the broad domain of healing and health care information and services; ensure and protect the right of practitioners of the healing arts to practice; educate the public; promote health and well-being; conduct surveys and research; and participate in legislative, regulatory, legal, or public policy reform and lobbying in order to accomplish the goal of health freedom.

The Primary Objective of the MHFC:

To carry out the Mission
of the Montana Health Freedom
Coalition, the primary objective at this time is to enact Complementary & Alternative Health Care Freedom of Access Legislation that
1. provides consumer protection where none currently exists via practitioner disclosure of information and informed consent,
2. creates a reasonable safe harbor exemption that protects healing arts practitioners from being prosecuted for practicing without a license and
3. does not require registration, licensure or a regulatory board.
